Price Matching Policy
Eligibility: We will match prices on identical items (same brand, size, quantity, and source) sold by the following competitors: Metro, Loblaws, Sobeys, Farm Boy, Walmart, No Frills, Food Basics, and FreshCo. Price matching is only available on the following staple items:

Price matching is not available for products sold by warehouse clubs, wholesalers, or similar entities (e.g., Costco). The item must be available for sale online at the competitor's store and in stock at both our store and the competitor’s store. The competitor must be located within a 10 km radius of the customer's delivery address.
Exclusions: Price matching does not apply to clearance, liquidation, damaged goods, going-out-of-business sales, limited-time offers, flash sales, door-buster deals, or promotional offers (including exclusive email/online pricing offers).
Ad Requirements: The competitor's advertisement (digital or print flyer) must be shown to match the price, and it must be during the effective date of the advertisement. If the advertisement is incomplete (e.g., missing size or date), the price match does not apply. Price matching requests must be based on the competitor's current advertisement and within the active promotion period.
Process: Customers must provide proof of the lower price (e.g., current online flyer or website) at the time of purchase. Price matching requests must be made prior to completing the transaction. Geographic Trade Area and Competitor Determination: We reserve the right to define "Major Supermarket Competitors" and "Geographic Trade Areas" at our discretion, which may change over time. Price matching is only applicable to competitors within the defined geographic trade area, as determined by our team.
Limitations: Price matching is limited to a maximum of four items per customer, per day. Price matching will match the competitor’s price but will not exceed it. No additional discounts will be provided on top of the matched price. Rain checks will not be issued for price-matched items.
Additional Terms: We reserve the right to limit quantities. This policy may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Management reserves the right to make the final decision on all price matching requests.
