We understand that life can change unexpectedly, and we're here to make adjustments to your Groceries+ Membership as smooth as possible. Whether you need to pause, upgrade, or cancel your membership, we've got you covered. Here’s how you can make the changes:

1. How do I make changes to my membership?

  • Step 1: Click on Support on our website (this is the chat bubble on the lower right corner) or app (this is Contact Support on your Profile). In the app, you can also select Manage Membership in your Profile

    Step 2: In the website, you will be asked to select Tre'dish Groceries

  • Step 3: Select Manage Groceries+ Membership

  • From here, you can choose to Pause, Upgrade, or Cancel your membership.

2. How can I pause my membership?

We understand that there are times when you might need to take a break from your membership. Here’s how you can pause it:

  • Step 1: Click on Pause your Membership.

  • Step 2: State the duration for which you'd like to pause your membership.

  • Step 3: A team member will assist you in pausing your membership and provide further guidance if needed.

Why pause your membership?

  • Traveling or going on vacation.

  • Financial relief during tough times.

3. How can I upgrade my membership?

Upgrading your membership is easy, and with an annual membership, you can save even more! Here's how:

  • Step 1: Select Upgrade Membership from the membership options.

  • Step 2: A team member will help you upgrade your membership to an annual plan, which offers 20% more savings.

Upgrading is the perfect way to maximize your benefits if you’re planning to stay with us long-term.


4. How do I cancel my membership?

If you decide to cancel your membership, we want to make the process as simple as possible:

  • Step 1: Click on Cancel.

  • Step 2: Select the reason for cancelling your membership.

  • Step 3: You’ll be asked to provide feedback. If you’re comfortable, we’d love to hear your reasons for cancelling during a quick call. However, if you prefer, you can also cancel through chat without needing to speak to anyone.

A team member will guide you through the cancellation process and assist you with any further questions.


5. Can I cancel or make changes to my membership anytime?

Yes! You can pause, upgrade, or cancel your membership at any time. We’re here to help you make adjustments whenever you need.
