1. How do I apply my coupons and promo codes?
Follow these simple steps to use your coupons and rewards during checkout:
Step 1: Login to your account
Make sure you’re logged into your Tre'dish account.Step 2: Add items to your cart
Browse through our menu and add items to your cart. Be sure your cart reaches the minimum order amount (if applicable).
Credits typically do not have a minimum order requirement but Promotions may sometimes do.
Step 3: Enter your delivery address
Type in your delivery address to proceed to the checkout page. If you have ordered from Tre'dish before, your validated and saved address will most likely be stored for you.Step 4: Choose your payment method
Select your preferred payment method for the order.Step 5: View your Promotions and Credits
In the Promotions and Credits section, you’ll see any available coupons or rewards.
If you see a coupon from our social media ads that you want to use, you can also type in the promo code in the box and click Redeem
Step 6: Select your Coupon
Choose the coupon you’d like to apply to your order. It will be applied at checkout.
2. Where can I find my coupons?
Once you’ve logged in and added items to your cart, you can view your available rewards in the Promotions and Credits section on the checkout page. This is where any applicable coupons or credits will appear.
3. How do I know if my coupon has been applied?
After selecting the coupon in the Promotions and Credits section, it will be applied to your order during checkout. You’ll see the discount reflected in the total amount before you finalize your payment.
4. Can I use multiple coupons at once?
You can apply one coupon or promo code per order. If you have multiple coupons, you can select the one that offers the most value for your current order.
5. What happens if my order doesn’t meet the minimum requirement for a coupon?
Some coupons or promo codes may have a minimum order requirement. If your cart doesn’t meet that minimum, the coupon will say "Requirements Not Met". You can go back and add enough items to your cart to qualify for the discount.
6. Can I use my coupon for delivery fees?
Coupons generally apply to the cost of groceries. If you are a Groceries+ Member, you will to see that no delivery fee is nullified in your final payment.
7. What if I encounter an issue with applying my coupon?
If you're having trouble applying your coupon or if it’s not showing up at checkout, please reach out to our Support team. We’ll be happy to assist you and make sure you get the rewards you deserve.
8. What if my coupon expired before I got to use it?
