Program Overview

Tre'dish Loyalty Rewards is an exclusive benefit for Groceries+ members that rewards customers for purchases and referrals. Members earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Eligibility

  • Available exclusively to active Groceries+ members

  • Groceries+ membership costs $11.99/month or $99.99/year

  • Members begin earning points immediately upon enrolment in Groceries+

Points Structure

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualified purchases

  • Points are automatically added to the member's account after order completion as 'pending'

  • Once order is delivered points will become available

  • Points do not expire as long as the Groceries+ membership remains active

  • If membership lapses, points will be held for 30 days and reinstated if membership is renewed within that period

Redemption Tiers

Members can redeem points for discounts at the following tiers:

  • 500 points = $5 discount

  • 1,000 points = $10 discount

  • 1,500 points = $15 discount

  • 2,000 points = $20 discount

  • 2,500 points = $25 discount

  • 5,000 points = $50 discount

  • 10,000 points = $100 discount

Referral Program

  • Members receive 2,500 points ($25 value) when they refer a new customer who places their first order

  • The referred customer receives $20 off their first order

  • Referral rewards are processed after the referred customer's first order is delivered

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make

Redemption Process

  1. Members can view their current points balance in their account dashboard or checkout page

  2. To redeem points, members select the desired reward during checkout within the 'Rewards & Credits section

  3. Points are deducted from the account balance immediately upon redemption

Common Questions

Q: When do points appear in my account? A: Points are automatically added to your account after order completion as 'pending.' Once your order is delivered, these pending points will become available for use. This typically happens within 24 hours of successful delivery.

Q: Can I combine multiple discount tiers? A: No, only one discount tier can be applied per order.

Q: What happens to my points if I cancel my membership? A: Points are held for 30 days after membership cancellation. If you rejoin within this period, your points will be reinstated.

Q: Are there any purchases that don't qualify for points? A: Points are earned on all product purchases of $75 or more. The membership fee itself and any service fees do not earn points.

Q: How long does it take to receive referral points? A: Referral points are typically credited within 48 hours after your referred friend completes their first order.

Q: Will I earn points for past purchases? A: Your account starts earning points from May 15, 2025 purchases onwards. Previous purchases are not eligible for points.

Q: How are points calculated if I use discounts or promo codes? A: Points are earned based on the pre-discount and pre-tax subtotal of your order. This means you earn points on the original price of items in your cart before any discounts, credits, or taxes are applied.
