Account & Setup

Q: Do I need to create a new Tre'dish account?
A: Yes, you'll need to create a new account on the Tre'dish platform. However, your Brandco credits will be transferred to your new account 24-48 hours after you sign up.

Q: How do I access Tre'dish?
A: Download the Tre'dish app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit groceries.tredish.com to place orders through the website.

Q: Will my saved payment methods transfer?
A: For security reasons, you'll need to re-enter your payment information when setting up your new Tre'dish account.

Q: Can I use the same email address I used for Brandco?
A: Yes, you can use the same email address for your new Tre'dish account.


Credits & Pricing

Q: How will my Brandco credits transfer to Tre'dish?
A: All your Brandco credits will be manually transferred to your new Tre'dish account. This process may take 24-48 hours after you create your account.

Q: What if my credits don't appear in my Tre'dish account?
A: Contact our customer service team through our chat bubble or at [email protected] with your Tre’dish and Brandco account information and we'll resolve this immediately.

Q: Do my credits expire?
A:Your transferred credits will maintain the same expiration terms as your original Brandco credits.

Q: Will prices be the same as Brandco?
A: Yes, all your Brandco favorites will be available at the same great prices, plus you'll have access to additional products with Tre'dish's competitive pricing.


Delivery & Service Areas

Q: Does Tre'dish deliver to my area?
A: Tre'dish delivers to all areas previously served by Brandco and has expanded to include even more locations. Enter your postal code on groceries.tredish.com to confirm delivery availability for your address.

Q: Will my delivery schedule change?
A: Delivery schedules may differ from Brandco. Check available delivery windows when placing your first Tre'dish order.

Q: Are delivery fees the same?
A: Delivery fee structures are clearly outlined during checkout and may differ from Brandco's pricing.


Timeline & Next Steps

Q: When is the last day to place a Brandco order?
A: Thursday, August 28th, 2025 end of day is the final deadline for Brandco orders.

Q: When can I start ordering from Tre'dish?
A: You can create your Tre'dish account and start ordering immediately after downloading the app or visiting groceries.tredish.com.

Q: What happens to the Brandco platform after Thursday?
A: After Thursday, Brandco will automatically redirect you to Tre’dish. You’ll be able to continue shopping with all your credits, favourites, and the same great prices waiting for you.

Q: How do I use my welcome promo code?
A: Enter code BRANDCO25 at checkout under “Promotions & Credits” on orders over $75. This code is exclusive to Brandco customers and valid for your first three Tre'dish orders.

Q: What if I have trouble downloading the app?
A: Visit groceries.tredish.com to place orders through the website, or contact customer service for technical assistance.

Q: Can I still access my Brandco account information?
A: After Thursday, the Brandco platform will be unavailable. Save any important account information before the deadline.

Q: Will all my regular Brandco products be available on Tre'dish?
A: We’re in the process of onboarding all Brandco favorites to Tre’dish. Many are already available, and the rest will be added quickly. Plus, you’ll have access to a much broader selection of products from Canadian farms and producers.

Q: I can't find a product I used to buy from Brandco. What should I do?
A: If you can't locate a specific product you previously purchased from Brandco, please contact our customer service team through the app chat, website chat, or email at [email protected]. We'll help locate the product or find a suitable alternative.

Q: What are the minimum order requirements?
A: Minimum order requirements and delivery fees will be clearly displayed during checkout on the Tre'dish platform.

Q: Are there products on Tre'dish that weren't available through Brandco? A: Yes, Tre'dish offers additional products from Canadian farms, brands and producers that weren't part of the Brandco catalog. You'll discover many new options while keeping access to all your previous favorites.
