Groceries on Autopilot via Mobile App

Please be reminded that any changes to your Autopilot order must be made before the cutoff time. Once the cutoff has passed, the system will automatically process whatever items are currently in your Autopilot cart, and we won’t be able to modify the order after that point.

To ensure your order is accurate, we recommend reviewing and updating your Autopilot cart ahead of the cutoff weekly/biweekly depending on your schedule. This allows you to add or remove items, adjust quantities, or skip the week if needed.

How to View Groceries on Autopilot via Mobile App:

  1. Go to your App Store

  2. Make sure your Tre'dish app is updated

  3. Go to the Tre'dish App and Log in to your Account

  4. You should see the Autopilot beside your Account at the bottom of the screen

2. Manage your Autopilot. You can add/remove items, skip weeks, change schedule and update your payment method via the app

To add/remove items: Use the button beside the product. Click the - to remove, sign to add.

How to add totally new items that are not in your Autopilot cart yet:

1. Go to the Search bar in the Homepage

2. Browse, search or type the Product you want to add

3. Click Add to Cart

4. Go to Cart

5. Click Add to Order

6. Go to your Autopilot, you should see the item added there

To skip weeks: See the Skip Week below the 3 dates, click Skip Week to skip
Unskip week to Unskip

To update payment method:

  1. Go to Autopilot

  2. Select your payment method and click Update

  3. Click Add Card and set up new payment method there.
