1. What is the Tre’dish Starter Box?

The Tre’dish Starter Box is your starting point for easy, flexible grocery delivery. It’s designed to give you a simple way to begin, by choosing a curated bundle of everyday essentials to get you set up quickly.

Once you’ve selected your Starter Box, it also sets you up with access to Autopilot, where you can fully customize and adjust your future grocery deliveries based on your preferences, schedule, and household needs.


2. How do I get started?

Getting started is simple:

Once your order is placed, you can log in and start customizing your future deliveries.


3. What happens after I place my first order?

After checkout, you’ll gain access to your Autopilot account, where you can:

  • Customize your grocery selections

  • Add or remove items

  • Manage and schedule upcoming deliveries


4. What is Autopilot?

Autopilot is your recurring grocery system. It automatically schedules your deliveries based on your preferences, while still giving you full control to make changes anytime before the cutoff.


5. Can I choose something different from what’s in the Starter Box?

Yes! You can select a Starter Box first and then fully customize it afterward.

We offer over 2,000 grocery items to choose from, so you’re never limited to what’s included in your starter selection. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until you’ve had a chance to review and customize your order.


6. Why does the price of my box change?

If you notice your total going up or down, it’s typically due to weight or price variances in certain items (especially fresh produce). We aim to be as transparent as possible, so your total always reflects the most accurate, real-time pricing.

Prices may change week to week based on:

  • Seasonality and market pricing

  • Pack size adjustments

  • Product swaps when items go out of season

For example, as certain items like clementines phase out, they may be replaced with alternatives like Cara Cara oranges.

Similarly, imported produce is often swapped for local options as they become available in the summer. All meat in the Starter Boxes is always sourced from Canada. In most cases, these fluctuations are minimal—usually around $1–$2.

Please note that prices are not locked in, but this also means they can go down as well as up 🙂


7. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, all orders must meet a minimum of $45, which also ensures your sign-up coupons are automatically applied at checkout.


8. How do I manage future deliveries?

From your Autopilot dashboard, you can:

  • Edit items in your order

  • Skip upcoming deliveries

  • Change your delivery schedule


9. When is the order cutoff time?

All changes must be made by 10:00 PM, two days before your delivery date:

  • Tuesday delivery: Sunday before 10:00 PM

  • Thursday delivery: Tuesday before 10:00 PM

  • Saturday delivery: Thursday before 10:00 PM


10. Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you can skip any upcoming delivery directly from your Autopilot page, as long as you do it before the cutoff time.


11. Can I change my delivery schedule?

Absolutely. You can update your delivery day anytime through Autopilot before the cutoff deadline.


12. What if I forget to make changes before the cutoff?

If changes aren’t made before the cutoff time, your order will be processed as scheduled and prepared for delivery.
