How does Tre’dish keep groceries affordable?

We’re working to change the way Canadians shop for groceries by focusing on affordability, quality, and convenience.

How often can I get my groceries delivered?

You can choose the delivery schedule that works best for you based on the options available in your area.

Delivery days and available windows can vary by location, so you'll see the options available to you when you enter your delivery information.

Can I choose what groceries I receive?

We want your order to feel like your grocery order, not a box of things someone else decided you should have.

What happens if something I ordered is unavailable?

Sometimes an item may be unavailable due to supply, seasonality, or unexpected changes in availability.
If something you ordered isn't available, we'll do our best to make sure you're taken care of. Depending on the situation, this may mean a suitable substitution, a credit, or a refund.
If something isn't right with your order, please let us know. Our Customer Care team is here to help.

What if something is missing from my order?

We're sorry if we missed something.

If you notice an item is missing, let our Customer Care team know. If you have a photo of what you received, sending it to us can be helpful in understanding what happened and sharing the details with our fulfillment team.

Most importantly, you won't be charged for something you didn't receive.

What Is Sprout?

Sprout is a helpful grocery-planning tool that makes it easier to build your shopping list around your budget or the meals you want to make.

You can simply type in the name of a recipe, and Sprout can help populate your grocery list with the ingredients you need.

You can also enter your grocery budget, and Sprout can help build a list of preferred items that fit within it.

Whether you’re planning meals or looking to make the most of your grocery budget, Sprout helps make grocery shopping easier and more convenient.

What Is Transparent Pricing?

Transparent Pricing helps you compare Tre’dish grocery prices with prices at Canada’s Big 3 grocery chains: Metro, Sobeys, and Loblaws.

Our goal is to make grocery pricing easier to understand, so you can see how our prices compare and make informed choices about your shopping.

Tre’dish aims to offer savings while bringing high-quality groceries directly to customers.

Why did you change the name from Groceries on Autopilot to Subscribe & Save?

We changed the name because we heard that Groceries on Autopilot wasn’t always clear about what the program actually does.

The program itself is still designed to make regular grocery shopping easier, but Subscribe & Save better explains the experience.

When you see Subscribe & Save, you’ll know that you’re choosing products to receive regularly while making your grocery shopping simpler.

So, while the name has changed, the goal is the same: make getting the groceries you love easier.

What if I have feedback for Tre’dish?

Please tell us!

Whether you had a great experience, something didn't go as expected, or you have an idea for how we could do better, we genuinely want to hear it.

Customer feedback helps us understand what's working and where we need to improve.

We're building Tre’dish for Canadian customers, and your feedback helps us make it better.
