Don’t worry — the name is changing, but the way your recurring grocery orders work is staying the same.
We renamed the program to Subscribe & Save because we felt it better explains what the program actually does: it allows you to set up recurring grocery deliveries while giving you the flexibility to change what you receive, skip a delivery, or adjust your schedule.
So, what’s different?
The name.
Groceries on Autopilot is now called Subscribe & Save.
Your existing recurring grocery schedule, products, delivery frequency, and ability to make changes all remain part of the program.
What is Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe & Save is Tre’dish’s recurring grocery program.
You choose the groceries you want, decide how often you’d like them delivered, and we’ll make sure your order is ready for your next delivery.
You’re always in control.
You can:
Add or remove groceries
Change quantities
Change your delivery schedule
Choose weekly or every-two-weeks delivery
Skip an upcoming delivery
Cancel individual items
Cancel Subscribe & Save altogether
Just remember to make any changes before your order’s cutoff time.
Does this mean I’m locked into a subscription?
No.
Subscribe & Save is designed to make grocery shopping easier — not to lock you into anything.
You can update your groceries, skip a delivery, or cancel whenever you need to.
Is Subscribe & Save the same as Groceries+?
No. These are two different programs.
Subscribe & Save is for recurring grocery deliveries.
Groceries+ is Tre’dish’s membership program, which includes benefits such as unlimited delivery and member perks.
You can have Subscribe & Save without being a Groceries+ member, or use both together.
Do I need to do anything?
No.
If you were already using Groceries on Autopilot, your recurring grocery service will continue under the new Subscribe & Save name.
There’s nothing you need to sign up for again.
You’ll simply start seeing Subscribe & Save where you previously saw Groceries on Autopilot.
Why did Tre’dish change the name?
We wanted the name to be clearer and more straightforward.
“Groceries on Autopilot” was meant to describe the convenience of having your groceries arrive automatically, but we heard that the name could sometimes make the program sound like you were giving up control over your orders.
That’s not how it works.
Subscribe & Save gives you convenience while keeping you in control.
You choose what comes to your door, how often you receive it, and when you want to make changes.
Same program. New name. More clarity.
Groceries on Autopilot → Subscribe & Save
Your groceries. Your schedule. Your choice.
